In the model observation, the denture model was scanned and STL file was generated; the denture support design was completed by CAD software. In the cam equipment ‑ high speed machining center, the titanium disk was cut by CNC, and the pure titanium denture support was prepared by one-time forming. The denture support has a beautiful appearance, exquisite outline, high adaptability, good user experience, and no defects under X-ray transmission.
